About Me
I have a passion for both sailing and performance.
For 20 years I worked developing sailors in Olympic Classes. I held a variety of roles from Youth to Olympic Squad level, supporting sailor development in the quest to step on the podium.
I have had the privilege of working with male and female sailors from both the British Sailing and Dutch Sailing Teams in the ILCA 6, ILCA 7, and Finn Olympic class dinghies.
Recently I have pursued new coaching experiences and learned new coaching skills working across a range of sailing disciples from single handed dinghies, high performance foiling classes, and small keelboat and yacht teams.
I work with teams in the J70, Cape 31, Etchells, and Swan 50 one-design keel boats.

Regatta Coaching supports you through the event, helping you to be at your best in the venue, whilst providing analysis for future development.
One-on-One Coaching
One-on-One sessions are designed to improve your knowledge and on-water techniques to make you sail faster, handle your boat around the course better, and become a consistent starter.
Small Group Coaching
Training partners help provide real time feedback during on-water sessions. Not only will you gain immediate feedback on how you compare to the group members, you will also gain from having others contributing their knowledge and skills to help the group get better.
Campaign Support
Working with individuals or teams to understand your ambition and what it will take to get there, design the development, and manage the support of your sailing program.
